I'm behind on Labor too but I understand why there - I've been investing in the colonies so have less cash for engineers each round. Question: Are upgrades factored in to the structure value? I haven't been using an upgrade centre every level and you might expect that to affect the value.
I haven't noticed the AI bulldozing old buildings to replace them with more expensive ones or anything so I don't know how to keep pace with this.
Ok, there's the odd extra claim that goes up for auction during a match which cause a difference but not enough to cover this gap. I've had a level 5 HQ every game and used all my claims up but the AI all have over twice as much value in their structures as I do somehow. It's structures that's mainly getting me.
